Admission Procedure

Selection Procedure – Admission to BIBS: For admission into BIBS, one of the leading Management Institutes in Kolkata, students who have passed Class 12 or are appearing for their 12th Board Examinations in 2026 are eligible to apply.
All applicants are required to appear for the BIBSAT Examination.

A minimum of 50% marks in the 12th examination is required for candidates from the Unreserved category.

A minimum of 45% marks is required for candidates from the Reserved category.

Final selection will be based on performance in the BIBSAT examination, followed by a Personal Interview with applicants and their parents.

The application form is available for download from the official website. It can also be collected in person from the BIBS Kolkata Campus along with the course fee structure, on payment of ₹500/-. Payments at the institute can be made via Debit Card / Credit Card / UPI / Online Transfer. Applicants must ensure that the application form is filled in completely.

Documents to be attached:

One colour passport-size photograph to be affixed to the application form

Two additional passport-size photographs to be submitted separately

Photocopies of Class X and Class XII mark sheets (Class XII if applicable)

Photocopy of Aadhaar Card

Internship, volunteership, or work experience certificates (if any)

Alternatively, completed forms can also be couriered with a Demand Draft of Rs.700/- in the name of “Bengal Institute of Business Studies” payable at Kolkata, to the following address: Bengal Institute of Business Studies, 18D, Lake View Road, and Kolkata – 700029

Admissions are currently open for the next session of 2026-30.

Note: All rules regarding selection are common to the BBA- Global Marketing, BBA- Strategy & Business Analytics and BBA- Wealth Management Programs.
